Upon opening this interface, users can easily identify if their key series is compatible for decoding, potentially covering an extensive range of up to 6500 key series.

For those who do not utilize InstaCode Live for Android, the application comes pre-loaded with a selection of common key series. This includes various single-sided, double-sided, track, channel, and laser keys. Additionally, it facilitates quick references for key blanks from established brands such as Keyline, Silca, Ilco, and JMA, removing the need for online searches for equivalent blank keys.

The process is straightforward: select the appropriate key blank, capture an image of the key, and the app will rapidly analyze and provide the bitting details. Snap Decoder employs advanced proprietary algorithms for key edge detection. When photos are taken against a plain white background and are in focus, the app accurately identifies key features and computes the bitting in mere seconds.

Moreover, Snap Decoder addresses potential challenges like shadows that may create misleading edges or modifications made to the key tip by previous use. It equips users with tools to adjust for these inconsistencies, ensuring precise decoding results consistently.
